Join Scientific Sue on exploration into the science of magic and engineering in our everyday lives. Many magical apprentices will be needed to help Sue find out the science and engineering behind amazing illusions and magical tricks. Is it possible to make liquids defy the pull of gravity? Or use magical charms to create mind-blowing colour changes? Using ‘magical’ properties, Sue will show you how marvellous magnets can cause items to spin! Demonstrate how the science of spin can also be used to defy the pulling forces of gravity; and how electric forces can be used to make things fly.
