Home Project Call For Emerging Artists

Working with intercultural theatre company Terra Nova Productions we are calling for artists to take part in our third annual Home Project. This project runs from October – March and offers four emerging artists involved in performance and visual art the opportunity to engage with a wide-range of local community groups from east Belfast to develop new art work. The project will end with an event to showcase the art work produced.

What will you get as an artist?

  • Free one to one mentorship sessions with an established artist in your chosen artform whether that be; dance, drama, visual art or music
  • Free training with Terra Nova Productions in the basics of facilitating a community workshop and producing a showcase event.
  • Placement with a local community group for paid facilitation.
  • Support for the development of a new art piece (including a budget for props, costume, set, materials and other production costs)

What do we need from you?
