When you book an event

If you book for one of the larger events at Banana Block or C.S. Lewis Square you will receive an e-ticket which you can download to your phone to be scanned at the event. If you don’t have a smartphone don’t worry, we can check you in manually.
Refunds
Festival tickets cannot be refunded other than in the case of event cancellation, in which case all refunds can only be issued from the point of purchase. Should Covid-19 guidelines change in any way that would make it impossible for EastSide Arts to deliver any of the festival events in their current format, these events will be cancelled, and tickets will be fully refunded.
Accessibility
As far as possible we are using venues that are fully accessible, but not all venues are wheelchair accessible, so please let us know at the point of purchase if you have any special requirements so we can ensure your comfort at the event. We offer 1 complimentary ticket for customers that require a Personal Assistant to attend an event. To request a Personal Assistant ticket please email rachel@eastsidepartnership.com
Seating
All seating is un-allocated therefore operates on a first come, first served basis, and seats cannot be reserved other than in cases of special requirements.

Translink
Translink has been a key festival sponsor since 2012. We share the mission of creating positive change in our communities and working in a way that makes an impact where it is most needed. Since 2012 we have created some fantastic projects together including the East West Bus Trip in 2017, Come Glide with Me, to launch the new Glider service in 2018, Jack’s Journey in 2019, celebrating the life of a young CS ‘Jack’ Lewis and ‘A Simple Journey with Three’s Theatre Company in 2021. We are delighted that Translink are sponsoring our year-round programme in 2023/24.
Connswater
EastSide Arts and Connswater Shopping Centre have worked together since 2017. Connswater plays a central role in the lives of east Belfast residents and EastSide Arts similarly serves the east Belfast community through a year-round programme of cultural engagement events. With shared values in terms making east Belfast a great place to be, Connswater has been a long supporter of other EastSide Partnership companies, demonstrating their commitment to making a positive impact in east Belfast. We could not be more delighted that Connswater Shopping Centre won the Business of the Year Award for their commitment to making the arts a core part of their business delivery in 2021.
Hewitt & Gilpin
Hewitt & Gilpin Solicitors have been supporting the EastSide Arts Festival since its very first year and have supported EastSide Arts to deliver the annual C.S. Lewis Festival during this time as well. Hewitt & Gilpin have a vision of ‘being deeply imbedded within our local community’ and one of their values is to “aim to make a proactive difference in society and within local communities”, which makes them an ideal partner for EastSide Arts and the Partnership as a whole.
